Excellent products if you can find what you want on the horrendous website. The old witham timber website was easy to navigate and find what you need. Now, I struggle to find what I need since Lawsons have "upgraded" the site. For example, I was looking for a certain size of gate hinge and the first result was a lawn mower. The hinge i needed actually wasn't in the search results. So, I then had to find which menu it was in to manually find it in there.I've never been able to locate post mix on the new website. I now waste my time and the branch by either ringing an order in, or writing a description on email and getting them to quote for me. Sadly, it's not just me who is struggling with the website, it's most customers I speak to, but the company insists its a very good website...so it must be the fault of every customer.The branch teams are excellent though. I've dealt with them for years.I believe it's called a malgrade.
