I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS SO I HOPE I HELP SOMEONE FROM LOSING MONEY AND DEALING WITH ELIZABETH.I'm writing this to warn others and hopefully save someone from wasting their money. This law firm will drain your wallet without delivering results.It cost me $1,122.50 to end my contract!!!My daughter paid a $5,000 retainer. Before we ever reached court, over $3,200 had already been billed, with NO progress. When we decided to terminate our contract, they continued to charge us. We were charged $140 for Elizabeth to review the cancellation letter, then an additional $165 for Christine Bussey to read the same letter.To make matters worse, after I posted an honest review, Elizabeth personally called me and stated that she would only release the remaining balance of my retainer if I agreed to remove the review. This felt both manipulative and highly unprofessional. I have a screenshot of her message clearly indicating that I would not receive the funds unless the review was taken down. She specifically said that if I removed the review, she would return $1,122.50. However, after I complied and removed the review, she went back on her word and said she would only refund $215. When I informed her that I planned to repost my review, she responded by saying I would no longer receive the $215 either.
