I placed an order for two sets (10 bottles total) of a Mystery Luxury Miniatures Pack, plus a Dior sample. However, I only received 4 random low-quality bottles and 1 sampler. The items were poorly packaged in bubble wrap, not in the advertised gift box, and two bottles were leaking upon arrival. Despite sharing photos and explaining the issue, the response from the brand was that dissatisfaction due to 'personal preference' is not refundable — which is not accurate. This was a damaged and incomplete order, falling under their own refund policy. It was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughters, and the experience has been very disappointing.
