I ordered two sets (10 bottles total) of a Mystery Luxury Miniatures Pack along with a sample. However, I received only 4 random low-quality bottles and 1 sampler. The items were poorly packed in bubble wrap instead of the advertised gift box, and two bottles were leaking upon arrival. Despite sending photos and clearly explaining the problem, the response from the service was that dissatisfaction due to 'personal preference' is not eligible for a refund, which is not accurate. This was a damaged and incomplete order, clearly covered by their own refund policy. This was meant as a Christmas gift for my daughters, and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.
