Bought a dress for my daughter for Xmas which had 3 white fabric snap buttons, one of which was missing the top part. I wrote to them asking for a spare button and they replied they did not have such a thing (I am old enough to remember when all clothes came with a spare button sewed into the label) they did say I could source a new button from a haberdashers (maybe if I could timetravel back to 1950 - my high street is mainly vape shops and over priced coffee) presumably paying for the buttons and sewing myself. Very poor for a dress that cost a smidgin less than £100. I would have returned it for a full refund but they didn’t have a replacement in stock and my daughter really wanted the dress so I had to suck it up and get sewing. Very poor service
