Good luck trying to get any answer from their customer support team in a timely manner. My order got stuck in US customs due to the package missing the manufacturer address. I was contacted by FedEx logistic’s team who gave Lazy Oaf and I one week to provide the address before they’d return it back to seller. I reached out to Lazy Oaf’s customer support, who responded with an automated message they’d get back to me within 1-2 days. A day later I got an email from Dayna stating they would find out the answer and get back to me. Two days go by…three days. No response. FedEx sends a follow up email to which Lazy Oaf never responds to. I send a personal follow-up, no response. I end up DM’ing them , and Dayna again answered they were going to find the answer out and message me by the end of the day. Never did. The next day I DM’d again asking for a follow up, as it was the last day FedEx would hold my package, and Lazy Oaf left my message on seen till the next day, finally saying they sent FedEx an email , however they didn’t respond to the main thread I was in , so who knows if they even sent it. My item was returned to shipper. I notified PayPal of the situation and PayPal was able to refund me with no trouble. What a headache, never buying anything from Lazy Oaf again.
