***Misleading "No Stain" claims and caused a severe allergic rash***"Extremely disappointed with Lazy Tan. I purchased this based on their 'No Stains,' 'Non-Transferable,' and 'Dermatologically Tested' claims on TikTok.Firstly, my daughter suffered a painful, itchy allergic rash, despite the 'suitable for sensitive skin' marketing. When I used the product myself, it saturated through their own branded tanning mitt and permanently chemically stained my premium DUSK duck down bedding (£115 value).Because the product contains DHA, it reacts with the natural protein (keratin) in feathers. To market this as 'non-transferable' is completely misleading. Customer service (Conor) was dismissive and provided scientifically incorrect excuses about 'melanin' rather than taking responsibility for the damage. DHA is a colourless sugar that causes chemical reactions (the Maillard reaction) with amino acid in dead skin cells turning them brown, if transferred to fabric it will stain the fabric the same brown colour if not fully developed! This is the same for ERYTHRULOSE! There is no mystery in this science there for all to see! also 1-2 mins is false along with a contradiction 4-5 hours development! I will now be reporting this to Hampshire Trading Standards, the ASA by issuing a formal Letter Before Action to their UK head office for a full refund and damages. Avoid if you have sensitive skin or expensive bedding."
