Unlike some reviews that seem misplaced, my experience reflects the real issue: the contempt shown when you call in. Producers treat callers poorly and often push their agenda. After waiting an excessive amount of time, I was dismissed without any acknowledgment of my long wait. The narrative being pushed feels fake and unchallenged, which is disappointing. The app is also poorly designed and frustrating to use, leading to further discontent. It's a shame to see such a decline in quality.
