Initially the order was taken a payment one day later and despite showing availability the products were not in stock resulting in 2 weeks delay in delivery Repeated contact with after sales helped progress the order but eventually delivery was made with still 2 items missing due to an order process errorA gesture was made to compensate for the inconvenience Sarah from after sales was very helpful otherwise I would not be recommending the company to anyone I think they should review their payment procedures to hold back until they can honor the orderStanley
