I called to check on a order and when delivery would be made as we required the equipment to allow us to facilitate event workshops. Katy who took my call was extremely helpful, courteous, cheery and professional, doing everything she could to check on progress. No fault to LBS or Katy, but we established that my company hadn't sent through the required PO for the order to be processed. Realising this I contacted our office manager who immediately sent through the PO to Rebecca. Katy provided her extension number to contact her back and when I called back, she again went out of her way understanding the urgency at my end. Both Rebecca and Katy said they would try to prioritise the order and I would receive this early next week. To my extreme delight the parcel arrived today around lunchtime from a initial phone call under 20hrs earlier. I would like to say that both these members of your organisation are a asset to you and have promoted your company to the highest standard. Well done :)I will certainly be promoting this to our fraternity of Head gardeners within the National Trust for Scotland.
