I called the day before the delivery was due and was told I would receive an email from the delivery company. When no email arrived I called again on the day of delivery and was told I would just have to wait until the items arrived. I tried to contact the courier online but needed a reference number. I called back and the last person I spoke to was very helpful, she provided a reference number and phoned the courier on my behalf and was a credit to your company.
