I had a very disappointing experience with this site. My account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation, and I strongly disagree with this decision. I reached out multiple times asking for my account to be reopened, but I never received any response or support from their team.It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be ignored after being a user of the platform. Good customer service means listening to your members and providing proper communication, but unfortunately that has not been the case here.I hope they improve their support system in the future, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend lcb.org to others.I have written many times emails about reopening my account back still no feedback 😒
