I bought this service based on clear assurances from a representative that it would integrate with specific platforms. I was promised a refund if integration failed. After granting access to my Facebook and banking info, I found out these integrations were never supported. When I sought a cancellation and refund within days, my request was denied due to internal notes. When I inquired about recorded calls and the broken promise, I received vague responses.
