Updated - 7/24/24 - I was concerned about leaving a review so quickly & it was for good reason. The lead quality does not match the promised terms in the Realtor Elite program that I paid for. Poor quality is an understatement but their team insists that they are legitimate prospects. As agents, it is impossible to bring leads to closed transactions when the leads are not vetted per the agreement and/or appropriately. I have received one lead so far & as of now it appears to be a good lead that could turn into listing their current home & helping them find a new home.
