I had a disappointing experience. We used the conveyancing service, and at the last minute, they requested additional information that we couldn't provide immediately, which delayed the process. They seemed unaware of the issues this could cause. While they were pleasant to deal with, their organization appeared disjointed and lacking customer focus. We felt the need to constantly check their work, and I cannot recommend them.
