My experience was absolutely shocking. I previously had a great team, but this time, the service was terrible. After completing, there were still unresolved issues, and I couldn't reach my assigned representative. They mishandled funds, and there are still outstanding service charge accounts from the property we sold. I would advise avoiding this firm at all costs, as the problems persist even months later.
