I chose to buy the official version to support the creator and because the website clearly stated a 14-day refund guarantee. Unfortunately, when I requested a refund within that period, it was denied without any valid reason, despite multiple emails and form submissions.The course turned out to be extremely disappointing. The “500+ million lead database” is completely outdated, requiring you to hire freelancers and pay for external tools like MillionVerifier just to clean and verify the data — something never disclosed before purchase.The video lessons are too long, not beginner-friendly, and lack a clear step-by-step structure. Ironically, Jay’s free YouTube videos and LinkedIn content are much more concise, actionable, and valuable. The $97 plan he offers (with done-for-you setup and team-written sequences) actually delivers more practical help than this expensive “Insiders” version.To make things worse, there are constant upsells inside the community — pushing paid consultations, software, and add-ons — which make the real cost far higher than what’s advertised.As an international student from India studying in New York, this was a major investment for me. I joined in good faith, trusting the refund policy and the creator’s reputation. Sadly, I feel misled and unheard. I sincerely hope the team reconsiders my refund and becomes more transparent about what buyers actually receive.
