We had a front door buzzer problem. The electrician phoned me as requested shortly before arriving and a bit early which was fine. He know about what was wrong and also had a spare part that was needed despite it being a 40 year old system! He explained the problem. At a price of £204 for the visit/ first hour it was not cheap.
