Always available to answer any questions and always updated us with delivery and installation dates. Overall very pleased with the product as we don't have to worry about dust on the blinds and they look very sleek and modern. Had the blinds installed in my conservatory and kitchen and very happy with the product. Especially happy with the kitchen as we used to get a lot of oil on the blinds from cooking but now with this product we don't have that problem any more as the blinds are encased inside the window.
