William Grimshaw is the Star Man. He was absolutely amazing. We had a bit of a hiccup with the firm/company until our case was assigned to William Grimshaw and everything became magic. The house bought was chain free and entire process with LPL took 6 weeks and 4 days.William is very proactive, respond to all emails on the same day and mostly within an hour, available to speak to us by phone at all times. Overall, his work ethics is just impressive and he understood the anxiety we had during this process and made so peaceful when he stepped in.William immediately went to work and kept us in the loop at all times. Everything has been done with speed and precision. The entire process from when he was assigned the case to completion took 3 weeks and 4 days. We will forever be greatful to him on his effectiveness and that we are able to spend our Christmas 🎄 in our own home.
