Ian the sales person was very knowledgeable and personable. However, he had nothing to indicate he was from Leaffilter, other than we were expecting a Leaffitler Representative. He did not have Leaffitler identication, not even a business card. He didn't have a shirt that had the Leaffitler logo on it. As well his vehicle had no Leaffitler identification. Ian's sales presentation was very good, however, he spent the majority of the presentation speaking to my husband. Perhaps, in future Ian should split his attention evenly between a couple. I am the 'Decision Maker' when it comes to where, when and how our money is spent. I'd recommend the presentatiton being more evenly split between both parties which would be a better use of his time. We were very impressed with how quickly our job was scheduled, however, when that day came, the Installer called to say that he had vehicle trouble and that he would call when the problem was fixed. He made it quite clear that I needed to be there and so we waited all day Friday and never heard from him again. He showed up unannouced the next day (Saturday) at 7:30 am. We were not expecting anyone on a Saturday. We had plans for that day. It is a good thing we were still home. We had to rearrange our day. As with Ian, this gentleman had no identification, no business card, no 'Leaffitler' shirt and no sign on his truck. The only way I knew he was from Leaffilter was that I recognized the product sticking out of the bed of his truck. As an aside, to drum up extra business, I'd suggest a lawn sign for, at least, the length of the project. The Installer worked very diligently. It was horribly hot that day. I don't know how he didn't pass out. The next day, we noticed a lot of screws (2 different sizes) that were left/forgotten in the driveway, right where our truck is normally parked. It is only by accident that the screws were discovered before they found their way into our truck tires. We both like the looks of the product and the way it was installed. Only time will tell if the installation was done properly and correctly.
