On November 30, 2025, I tried to submit an expense for my LSA since it was the final day. Unfortunately, the login page was unresponsive. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to stop for the day. The next morning at 7 am, I was finally able to log in, submit my claim, and explained that it was from the previous day due to the login issues. The following day, I received a notification stating that my claim had been denied because the enrollment period for 2025 had closed, and there was nothing that could be done. I tried to escalate the matter but received the same response. As a result, I've lost several hundred dollars from my LSA, which is automatically forfeited, in addition to the purchase I made. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and it felt like my concerns were disregarded, regardless of the circumstances.
