The company clearly stated a ‘no more than 30 days’ refund policy. It’s been over 30 days with no refund and I’ve chased it twice prior to writing this review. I’ve called this morning and am still having to wait for this to be chased. Utterly frustrating and sad that a company is unable to adhere to its promises to people. Totally bad look for a company with typically good reviews. Based on this, I would not recommend this company at all.Update: upon their below reply I would like to clarify that I had to contact the leap academy on 4 separate occasions to get my refund processed. So in response to theirs below comment of my issue being resolved upon contacting them, it wasn’t… until the Fourth time and that person decided to raise to the head of finance who then initiated the refund. Do better guys!
