Unfortunate on my 1st and 2nd attempts - heartbreaking…but I finally passed yesterday on my third attempt with zero fault! Only made possible with the help of an exceptional driving instructor, Jawad Irfan!!! Unspeakable happiness!!! ❤️I was a nervous learner with deflated confidence. However, I passed with zero fault. Unbelievable! I have had other instructors before but it came to a point when I felt like I needed to seek help from another instructor. A friend timely recommended Jawad. He was God-sent. 🙏I came to Jawad depressed and on the brink of severe anxiety attack. But Jawad put me back together, more than helping me refined my driving skills and prepare me for the test he helped me put faith in myself again and changed my whole outlook in driving. He helped me get over my fears and anxieties by being very patient with me and encouraging at all times. Jawad was dedicated to cover in his lessons the foundational technical skills in driving that are essential in passing the driving test. He is knowledgable and is equipped with student-centered teaching methods and strategies. He has exceptional assessment and intervention skills which I believe is very important for a driving instructor to master. “Experience teacher notice when a learner commits mistakes, assess the problem and select an appropriate intervention.” Jawad knows all about this stuff - how to assess and intervene effectively. He knows when I misunderstand a concept and takes action and tailor his lessons on my own needs. He would patiently try to understand the reason behind my errors, then he intervenes by responding appropriately. Jawad’s observational skills is impeccable. He diagnose my errors in minute details, corrects them but never made me feel that I’m being criticised for making mistakes. He helped me built back my confidence by allowing me to make mistakes, patiently give me time to practice and then correct my errors accordingly. All round a great person and instructor, I would definitely recommend! I am forever grateful! Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable! Jawad, with my success, I am celebrating you too!
