I reached out to the support team to explain this and request a refund, as the primary feature I paid for simply doesn’t exist. They not only denied my refund request but also refused to refund an additional charge that was taken without clear consent. This feels like deceptive marketing combined with an unhelpful support team. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking proper anatomy education.
