I had a negative experience with the app after subscribing on October 26 and being charged the advertised fee. However, that same day, my account was charged an additional amount without any clear explanation. I promptly canceled my subscription. Despite this, I was charged again in the following months, even though I had canceled and did not use the service at all. The usage history shows no activity. When I logged in again, my profile remained active, and there was no option to cancel the subscription, which is concerning. Customers should always have the right to easily cancel a subscription. I no longer wish to use this service and am requesting a full refund for all charges incurred after cancellation. I share this experience to raise awareness among other users.
