I had a disappointing experience with HR. The representative seemed unprofessional. If a resume isn't suitable for the company, it should be rejected initially. After a second interview, the HR was quite insulting, claiming my resume lacked strength and my communication skills were poor, despite having five years of experience in B2B and B2C. Why are such representatives in the company if they can't treat people with respect? 😡😡
