The problem here is that the lerning and the exam are delivered by 2 different companies. Learning plus provides the training and they try to make it as simple to go through as possible to be more attractive to the students and sell more, thus not covering all possible answers from the exam. The videos are ok with quizes after each chapter. However, the system won't let you repeat the section if you failed the test( although it sais it would) and you can't see what you did wrong in them , so no chance of learning from there. But the biggest problem is with the exam: as they admit in the email they send you, they fail a lot of students due technicalities and differences betqeen they and the exam provider. If you follow by heart the exam instructions YOU WILL FAIL because the exam instructions does not tell you to scan the room with your camera, and due to the stress of the exam, you will forget what learningplus told you a week before. Theu know there is a problem with their rules but they don't whant to change anything because this is money making issue. I am very disappointed with them and definitely not taking any course with them.
