I enrolled in Learning Saint's Job Guarantee Program in Cyber Security on March 27, 2024, with high hopes based on the institute's advertised commitments. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and falls far short of what was contractually promised.1. No Job Placement as PromisedThe program guaranteed job placement within 9 months of enrollment, yet more than 15 months have passed with no suitable employment offered. I fulfilled all my responsibilities, including maintaining over 80% attendance and participating actively. Despite repeated outreach, I received no meaningful job placement assistance.2. Lack of Placement SupportThe agreement stated I would receive resume reviews, interview preparation, job referrals, and at least three scheduled interviews. None of these were adequately delivered. I was not provided even one round of consecutive interviews, and the engagement from their support team was minimal at best.3. Unauthorized ChargesI was charged an additional £50 for a “banking module” that was not mentioned in the original agreement and made to seem mandatory. This extra fee was collected outside the agreed £882 total, which is both misleading and unacceptable.4. Breach of AgreementPer their own refund guarantee clause, I am entitled to a 100% refund due to their failure to deliver on the job placement promise. I have submitted a formal refund request for the £932 total paid, but have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
