I first contacted LearnSignal in 02.01.26, after noticing the renewal over the christmas period, to explain that I did not intend to continue my subscription and to request a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them since then, I have received no response, since an initial "will reply to you within 7 business days".I also explained that my father passed away shortly before Christmas, which made it particularly difficult for me to deal with administrative matters like this at the time. I had hoped this would be taken into consideration, especially given how soon I had contacted them after the renewal.To say I'm disappointed how they have conducted themselves is an understatement. There seems to be no way to contact except for an e-mail address they choose to ignore.
