The lectures, at least for the TX paper, are truly appalling. Computer generated voice which is very unnatural, no pausing for breath at end of sentences, or pausing in the wrong place, difficult to follow and it just reads the notes that you can download separately but actually articulates every sign e.g., 3 x 15 / 5 = £9 comes through in the lectures as 'Three ecks fifteen slash five equals sign pounds nine.' Just one example - the course is littered with it. And trying to read the subtitles doesn't help either because there are so many grammatical errors. The human voice lectures are fine but the AI generated lectures are virtually unusable so have to revert to reading the notes. They've obviously not reviewed the course after generating the AI - if they had, surely it would never have been allowed to be published. I'm really struggling to use the course and so I tried to contact their customer service team through chat facility - days later, still no response. Poor on all fronts and will not use again unless they review their materials.
