Poor customer service, quick to take your money but offer no assistance in resolving problem's, would not recommend using learn signal! I had cancelled my membership earlier in the year prior to renewal, however, in October I was again charged £199 for another year of subscription. I had initially requested to cancel my subscription from the "my account" options. It stated that it was then pending cancellation. Fast forward two and a half weeks and the cancellation is still pending. I then used the chat function to request an update on my case and provided my email address. I am yet still to hear back. I have called the UK telephone which no longer is valid, and when ringing the Dublin number, I get no answer. It has now been 6 weeks and I am still £199 worse off and no luck in getting a response from Learn Signal team.
