I was also auto-enrolled, and the subscription had renewed, but I haven't used their platform for over five months.I requested a refund of £199.99 eleven days ago and believed I could cancel for 2025. I previously requested a cancellation via their website, which showed as 'Pending cancellation'. They responded saying this is for October 2026, which is of no use to me as I stopped using the materials months ago.I was then told that someone from the 'student success team' would respond within 7 business days. This has not happened. It appears that Learn Signal has a track record of not responding to these kinds of queries, and I am unsure whether they have proper customer service or if responses are just automated. I have sent a few follow up emails which are being ignored. I would appreciate this being looked into, as it is very frustrating.
