I was auto-enrolled without realising and haven’t used their services for over a year. When I asked for a refund, it took them around 20 days just to respond. On 20th August, Usama promised me a refund within 5–10 working days. It’s now over a month since that promise and more than two months since I first requested a refund of £199.99 — and I’m still waiting.The content itself is subpar, the videos are not worth the money, and customer service is appalling. I feel misled and that they’re trying to get away without paying what they owe. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.
