I am writing this to warn others about "Learn with Faiz." My experience has been a series of broken promises and security red flags:
Failure to Deliver: I paid for 150 job applications, but they stopped at 85 and claimed my "package ended." That is nearly 50% of the service left unfulfilled.
Extreme Delays: A profile setup they promised would take 5 days actually took 60 days.
Constant Excuses: I dealt with 6 different instances of staff being "on leave" or "unavailable," leading to months of zero progress.
Security Red Flag: Their staff (Jannat Shahina) repeatedly asked for my private Gmail OTP/verification codes to access my personal accounts. This is highly unprofessional and a major security risk.
False Marketing: They promise "Internal Referrals," but every application they made was just on public portals that I could have done myself.
Despite sending a final notice to Zaid and the management team, they have ignored my refund request. I have now filed official complaints with Dubai eCrime and Dubai Economy (DET). Save your money and your data—avoid this service.
