I filled out an application for an apartment. My application came back Conditional. Which made my application have to go to LeaseLock. LeaseLock then became the mediator between the property and I to get me in this beautiful apartment. They made this process that seemed frightening and overwhelming not so bad at all. They explained everything to me step by step. They returned my calls when I had questions. I was so amazed at the time they took with me. I then had an emergency situation in my family out of state, which didn't permit me to except the apartment. I had to let them know I was leaving and couldn't move in. They were so on top of things even with the process of returning my refund! I was so pleased with the whole experience. No questions went unanswered and the things I didn't understand were explained! I am a sticker about customer service. I can say hands down, BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! These are people who care about the customer. I give them a 10 STARS even though five is the highest we can go! Thanks LEASELOCK! YOU GUYS ROCK!
