Great experience from start to finish. Lewis from the team came over swiftly and gave an in person valuation of what we needed to move. It was very accurate in comparison to the actual service we received and paid for. There were no issues on the day of moving out, Rob and his team arrived and sorted everything out swiftly, no damage to our items that went into storage for months before we had them moved to the north of the UK (from the south). Tracey did a great job at organising a move in date, considering we gave very vague timelines due to a completion date on our move in property not being confirmed for much of the time we had our items in storage. No issues on the day moving in either, somehow the logistics team managed to get the same lead who packed us on move out day to handle the move in, which made everything super easy.I have back issues and didn't have to lift a finger for the whole process which is exactly what we were looking for.
