Updates were unclear, and I was initially told my order was being shipped, only to later learn it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. With my wife's birthday in early January, I decided to wait, but then received more confusing updates. The birthday passed, and finally, I was informed that my order was oversold and would never arrive. Meanwhile, I received promotional emails about getting gloves in time for Christmas, which felt like a joke. The customer service was terrible, and now I’m waiting for my refund.
