Entered an order on February 24th, 2024Order was was supposed to have been shipped in 2 to 5 business days. Tracking number provided,but Fedex refuses to talk about the shipment and Leather Gloves on-line customer service is non-existent1. no-one answers the phone, no option to leave a message. The recording says they cannot call back - they recommend to use the chat function or email2. there is no-one present to chat with even during business hours3. Emails don't get responded for at least 5 days and after repeated emails and reminders they informed "package cannot be found". they promised to issue a credit4. No credit confirmation for more than three daysthe same company runs another site under a different named "Fratelli Orsini" as I ordered the sane scarf, same story
