Contacted through online chat and explained that I am hearing impaired and couldn't call. Response was "normal people don't place orders like this" and "what does being deaf have to do with anything?" AUDISM =discrimination, prejudice, or a general lack of willingness to accommodate those who cannot hear.Honestly, why have online ordering and then require orders to still be placed by voice telephone? Was informed this is policy now if you order more than 3 items from their website.
