Terrible experience and still going on after 2 months!I bought an orange bomber jacket from them back in December and they didn’t dispatch it for 2 weeks - which I didn’t mind but worth noting.Once I received the jacket, before I could try it on the zip came off as I took the jacket out the packet. I then requested a full refund (which I’m entitled to) and instead I got AI response try to get me to take 40% off and keep the jacket and even suggesting I give it to a friend. This kept going on until they finally agreed on 100% refund if I return the jacket - which I did immediately.They’ve now had the jacket back for over 2 weeks and still no refund. I had to chase them up again and got another AI responses blaming their accounts department. Wish I read the reviews on here first (also interesting to see they use AI responses to all the reviews on here). I would highly avoid, it’s all been a terrible experience and they’ve kept £80 of my money for 2 months with nothing to show for it. Poor shipping, poor quality product, poor customer service - just all round poor basically.
