I ordered a jacket costing £73 on 28/7/25. The website reviews were all positive. The following morning, before receiving a confirmation email, I checked the trustpilot reviews and contacted the company requesting a cancellation and refund in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations. Initially they denied the trustpilot reviews related to them and several emails later they agreed to my request. More than 2 weeks later I had not received a refund. I emailed again requesting my refund and informed them I would report the matter to Mastercard. The following day I received my refund. This is a very condensed version of events. I was very fortunate and suggest against ordering anything from this company.
