Actually one star is too much for this company. My husband googled a"Monty Don" jacket and pictures of the man himself wearing the jacket he admired popped up on their website. The reviews on their own website are 100% 5 star except they use a few popstar names which should have been a warning to him. My husband ordered it and what arrived in the post was a joke. A London transport blue polyester mix monstrosity with a hideous quilted lining. Not a single seam was straight. There were no size labels, fabric content labels or care labels making it illegal to sell. It fitted where it touched. Their response to his request for a refund was to offer my husband a discount on his next purchase followed by varying degrees of discount if he kept the jacket. Only by threatening them with a complaint to Barclaycard and Trading Standards did he finally get a refund. If you want the real jacket , it is a well known French clothing company and is called a Chore jacket. Refund finally arrived, so be persistent. The jacket went straight to a charity shop.....
