I made an order on 5 July 2025 and never heard back from the selling company, no status of the order, no tracking number - nothing at all. For a number of days I am trying to get an answer from the company - my emails remain unanswered. The chat on the company's website appears working, but agents that run it make promises they never keep - I was told the merchandise department will provide status of my order - and again, NOTHING ever happened. This company appears to be a fraud and requires explicit checking of its operations.
