I enjoyed a delicious mocha at the location on Edgware Road, but the staff were unhelpful when I inquired about plant-based cake options. I ended up not making a purchase. While I noticed there are two plant-based cakes on the menu, there are no savory plant-based options or sandwiches, which is disappointing given the current awareness of the impact of animal agriculture. Please enhance your menu and provide better training for your staff.
