Very Poor Service

I bought a lebara SIM and started to port my number across. The port wasn't working, I was advised to cancel it and try again. I followed the advice.lebara activated the SIM and allocated me a random phone number, without advising me that they were going to do this.I contacted their support and requested that I port another number across. They told me that they won't do this now and I am stuck with a new phone number.Stay away from these guys. There is good value and much better service elsewhere.
