Leabara have been in contact which is a positive - I decided I couldn't wait any longer so I ordered a new sim and 30g monthly plan..
I contacted customer service as the web site didn't allow me order a replacement lost SIM card - I chatted online with customer services who advised I go through the online link - again this was unsuccessful...why is it so complicated ?? Is ordering a new sim the only solution here ..disappointed customer
