Terrible.I ordered a pair of slip on shoes before my double mastectomy. I needed slip on shoes to leave the hospital.I revived a confirmation on my order and 2 weeks later I never received my shoes. I checked online to see if the shoes had shipped yet. My account showed that I had no orders placed. I called the online number & left a message. When I received a call back they said oh, we canceled that order. I asked why. She said they never had the shoes. I said why wouldn’t you send an email letting me know. She said I don’t know, we just didn’t. She was very rude & extremely unprofessional. I will never use this store again. Beware.
