I get the impression that this is primarily about making money. I feel as though I've been misled multiple times. Initially, I received a certain tier, but soon realized I didn't have full access. Then, after completing the certification, I was supposed to receive an additional resource, but that never happened. They suggested that for an extra investment, I could upgrade, but it still wouldn't include the promised resource. I've been following the program as required, and while I understand it requires effort, it's been two weeks since I was told my upgrade would occur. I'm now facing serious financial difficulties and can't afford to invest further.
