This is a clear and intentional scam. Like many others, I was deceived by the appealing company name and polished social media ads. Everything about their marketing appeared legitimate. It was only after I received the tracking number that I realized the product was shipping from overseas—with a long delivery window. That’s when the warning signs became evident. I quickly contacted the company to cancel my order, but they refused and provided the usual scam response: “refuse delivery or return it for a refund.” Unfortunately, the package arrived when I wasn’t available, making refusal impossible. When I requested return instructions, they took days to respond with a nonsensical PDF that explicitly forbade handwritten notes—a clear tactic to delay the process. Despite the challenges, I managed to edit and submit their ridiculous form. Since then? No response at all. The package appeared so cheap that I didn’t even want to open it—exactly what you’d expect from a low-quality operation posing as a reputable brand. This is a classic scam: delay, deflect, ignore—until the charge on your card becomes permanent, leaving you at the mercy of dishonest sellers who have no intention of offering refunds. I disputed the charge through my card provider and received a provisional refund, which says it all. I fully expect never to hear from this company again. Stay away from them.
